GUDDI AND HER FAMILY PROTECTED FROM THE LANDLORD
Guddi, aged 17 years old, she was living in Hari Camp Village Majnoon Chand District Hyderabad. She belongs to the Minorities Community of Koolhi caste. Her parents were illiterate and farmer living respectably in the village. Unfortunately Guddi was attempt to kidnap by landlord. The parents of Guddi were terribly upset and horrified of this act of landlord. Soon they came in LRF-Dastageer Legal Aid Center Hyderabad and shared daughter incident and ask for legal support. LRF-DLAC panel of lawyer has been provide free of cost legal support and registered case in the High Court, Hyderabad bench. After that Honorable High Court has been passed the order for the protection of Guddi and her family to the S.H.O and direct to lodge the FIR against the culprit. LRF-DLAC had successfully achieved its goals in providing the required protection and legal support to the victim and her family.
